the location was convenient for the weekend events i had planned. the valet service was helpful. they assisted me with figuring out the best time to leave to make it to the airport. he had my car waiting for me upon my return.
the room did not have shower gel in the dispensers. the shower pressure was low. i had to walk to another building at 1 am for drinking water. walls were thin i could hear neighbors.

The staff were conversational and very friendly. I appreciated the suite upgrade. It certainly enhanced my visit. The location offers easy access to Italian restaurants and nearby attractions.
The hotel room had wet carpet in a specific area. I discovered it while preparing for bed. It was a minor inconvenience, but it impacted the overall comfort of the room.

faulty shower headinsufficient padding
The shower head was faulty water sprayed everywhere except down I used extra towels to mop. Dirty coffee cups sat near the machine upon arrival and were not replaced after removal I could not have coffee the next morning. The glass bathroom door made noise upon closing because padding was insufficient. Soundproofing proved poor I could hear kids running in other rooms.
